When fire breaks out in a building, the
wiring installation represents one of the
major hazards, particularly inflammable
conduits and cables. They link all rooms
and areas, and, in the event of a fire,
work like fuses, leading the fire from room
to room.
To meet fire-protection requirements in
buildings, we have developed our F30 fire-resistant
ceiling in 8 different systems; our general
construction approval certificate includes
over 73 tested detail solutions.
In the sense of the building regulations,
the installation of a durlum F30 fire-resistant
ceiling works to counter the initiation
and spreading of a fire, and, if a fire
breaks out, helps ensure effective fire-fighting,
the rescue of people and animals, and the
protection of installations in the hollow
space.
