The POLYLAM vertical baffle system enables a whole range of ceiling designs thanks to variable baffle spacing, widths of 30, 50 and 100 mm and heights of 100 to 360 mm. POLYLAM can be supplied powder-coated in any RAL colour tone as well as in anodized aluminium.

As the free and open cross-section is generally greater than 70%, POLYLAM is deemed to be an open ceiling system. This alleviates the need for a separate sprinkler level.

POLYLAM is very easy to install as the baffles can be hooked into the carrier rail in an interlocking manner for tool-free installation. The front-sided upstand of the baffles ensure high levels of stability.

A special connection detail at the front-sided upstand of the baffles ensures easy linear installation, and centric connection along with perfect linear fit. The maximum length of the baffles is 3000 mm.

POLYLAM is perfectly suitable for use in rooms with high sound levels such as schools, libraries, entrance areas, call-centres and industrial applications such as printing plants. Thanks to the quantity, size and perforation of the baffles, POLYLAM can be used in conjunction with various baffle fillings to absorb sounds to meet highest acoustic requirements.
