Light planning with Relux Professional
Planning and presentation in 3D

The light planning program Relux Professional from Relux Informatik AG provides all users with a tool for the three-dimensional planning and 3D-presentation of the lighting in a room in OpenGL. The incorporation of textures and 3D objects [light units, furniture] enables optimum, realistic presentation of ideas and layouts. Our complete lighting programme is stored in Relux, so that it can be easily incorporated at the planning stage. Motion in a room takes place practically in real time. In addition, the program offers a way of automatically calculating the optimum number and position of light units taking the geometry of the room into account. Lights can be added manually at any time.

The lighting calculation provides all necessary results, and the program can save any desired view of a room along with all calculation data. The UGR values are given for a measurement grid, whereby the output of UGR values for particular observation points is possible.
