11. Court of jurisdiction

11.1 For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship or about its existence, legal action is to be taken at the court responsible for Schopfheim, the location of our works.

11.2 We also have the right to pursue a complaint at another place or at the seat of the contractual partner.
